Fitzgibbon Mental Health is an outpatient behavioral health clinic co-located with Marshall Family Practice on the Fitzgibbon Hospital campus. Compassionate professionals focus on enhancing wellness through life’s challenging times through behavioral health screenings and counseling to support coping and recovery. Professionals at Fitzgibbon Mental Health provide outpatient counseling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. Day-to-day clinical care is provided by both a master’s educated Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Doctor of Psychiatry, who can provide management of medications. The staff at Fitzgibbon Mental Health can help you through a variety of behavioral illnesses and coping with health conditions, psychological disorders, dementia or trauma.

When it’s time to see a provider, please call for an appointment. Because we believe strongly in the value of your time, we will do our best to see you when your appointment time arrives.  If it is your first time being seen at the clinic, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new-patient paperwork (use this form for children as well). Or you may print it off and bring it in completed.  To aid us in providing all of the services you need, we ask that you bring all medications (including prescriptions and over-the-counter medications) that you are currently taking, along with your current insurance information and driver’s license (or other picture ID).  As a reminder, any office visit co-pay that your insurance requires is collected at the time of your appointment.
