Fitzgibbon Hospital continued its proud tradition of honoring commitment and excellence at the Annual Employee Recognition Banquet, held Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Martin Community Center in Marshall. The evening celebrated employees from Fitzgibbon Hospital and The Living Center (TLC), long-term care facility, who reached significant milestones in their years of service, as well as those who received the organization’s highest honors: Employee of the Year and Service Leader of the Year awards.
Employees marking service anniversaries in 2025 were recognized for their dedication to patient care, teamwork and excellence across the organization. Honorees were celebrated in five-year increments, from five years of service to an exceptional 50-year milestone.
Leading the evening’s recognition were three distinguished award recipients. Makenzie Ault, from the Referrals Management Department, was named Fitzgibbon Hospital’s 2025 Employee of the Year for her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to quality care. Sandy Moore, of The Living Center Administration Department, received The Living Center’s 2025 Employee of the Year award, reflecting her outstanding leadership and dedication to residents and their families. John Jasper, Facilities Director, was recognized as Service Leader of the Year, honoring his exemplary service and leadership across the organization.
