Fitzgibbon Hospital will be opening up to vendors by appointment only effective Monday, July 6th, 2020. Due to the COVID pandemic and to ensure patient safety, we have implemented some new guidelines for vendors visiting our hospital or clinics. To conserve our PPE, we ask that you bring your own mask and wear it at all times during your visit to Fitzgibbon. Please do not visit if you are not feeling well. We ask that you comply with any screening procedures we have in place at the time of your visit and that you enter the facility via the front entrance. To limit unnecessary traffic, we also ask that you schedule an appointment with your contact before your visit. If an appointment is not scheduled, you will not be allowed to enter and will be required to reschedule via an appointment. All other vendor expectations are still in place. These include reporting to Materials Management upon entering the facility to check into our RepTrax Kiosk. New product or equipment discussions should begin with the Materials Manager prior to discussing with Department Managers or Physicians. No trial product is to be brought on site without the approval of Materials Management.
