Our Location

Our office is located on the Fitzgibbon Hospital campus, within the Fitzgibbon Professional Building.  This building can be found in the southwest corner of the campus next to the Buckner Wellness Center.

Office Hours & Appointments

Our patients are seen by scheduled appointments.  Same day appointments are available for urgent cases.

Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

After Hours & Weekend Call

If you need urgent medical care after hours please call, (660) 886-7431 to reach the provider on-call.  Calls should be for medical emergencies only.  Prescription refills will not be called into the pharmacy after hours or on weekends.  You may also go directly to Fitzgibbon  Hospital for evaluation and the hospital will notify the provider on call.

Insurance

Our office participates with the majority of health insurance plans available to patients.  If you have any questions regarding whether or not our office is a participating provider with your insurance we would be happy to try and assist you.  Please call (660) 886-6677 for any questions.
