Visitors

Sometimes the best medicine can be the company and support of family and friends. Therefore, we want to make it as convenient as possible for them to visit you.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are open from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm. Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests, treatments or when the doctor/nurse needs to see you.

Visiting Special Units

Visiting policies vary on some nursing units. Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Women’s Center (OB) and Transitions Care Unit each have restrictions and guidelines specific to the unit. Please use the call button located outside the entrances to these units. A nurse will assist you.

Visitors to ICU must call the nurses’ desk at ext. 3260 before entering the unit each time. A telephone is provided in the ICU Family Waiting Room.

Overnight or After-Hours Visitors

After-hours visitors are required to check in with Patient Registration where they will be issued a visitor name tag.

If a family member wishes to stay overnight in your room, please check with the nurse in charge of your care. Overnight stays are restricted to the ICU.

After Hours Entrance

The doors located at the front entrance of the hospital are locked nightly from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am. During this time, please use the outpatient/emergency walk-in entrance.
