On-line Mammogram Scheduling is now available

Here at Fitzgibbon Hospital, we are striving to help make life easier for our patients. We are now offering on-line scheduling for mammograms. You tell us when a good time is and we’ll call you back to confirm. Please schedule your appointment post-menstrual time, unless you have an abnormality, for a kinder and more accurate reading. Please do not schedule an appointment if you are lactating. Click here to send an e-mail to us, or copy and paste this address into your e-mail scheduling@fitzgibbon.org, please include the following in your e-mail:

Patient's Name
Patient's Date of Birth
Number where you can be reached between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
Date and Time that you are wanting to make your appointment

Be prepared to answer the questions below when we call from our Scheduling Department to confirm the appointment.

Has it been over a year since your last mammogram?
Who is the Doctor that ordered the mammogram?
Have you had a diagnosis of breast cancer in the last 5 years?
Have you had breast implants?
Are you currently having any problems? (i.e. lumps, tenderness, etc.)
Insurance information
Social Security number

If you have had a mammogram at another facility please bring a copy of the scans and all paperwork with you.
