Radiologists interpret X-rays and other specialized imaging tests to assist in the diagnosis of illness. They assist the primary physician, occasionally seeing patients individually.

Fitzgibbon Radiology department works closely with Boone Medical Center.  Consulting radiologists from Boone visit our Radiology department on a weekly basis.

Education & Qualifications:

Dr. Restituto received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.  He completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.

Dr. Restituto is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Radiology.  He is a fellow of the American College of International Physicians.

Education & Qualifications:

Dr. Swaney earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine-University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where he also completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology.  He completed undergraduate studies in Zoology at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, and also attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Dr. Swaney is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners.  he is also a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, the Missouri State Medical Association, the Boone County Medical Society, and the Southern Medical Society.
