Education & Qualifications:

Dr. Shaffiey received his medial degree at the University of Kabul Medical School in Kabul, Afghanistan.  He completed his residency in Pediatrics at University Hospital - New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ and a residency in Psychiatry at the University of Mississippi in Jackson, MS.

Dr. Shaffiey is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and holds additional certification and licensure in Respiratory Therapy from Grossmont College in San Diego, CA.
