Fitzgibbon Family Health

Fitzgibbon Family Health in Fayette offers community-based family health care (including mental health) to patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.  We provide well-child physicals, employment drug screens and exams, well woman exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute injuries and illness.

Please call for an appointment. We believe strongly in the value of your time, and we will do our best to see you when your appointment time arrives.  If it is your first time being seen at the clinic, please arrive 15 minutes early. To aid us in providing all of the services you need, we ask that you bring all medications (including prescriptions and over-the-counter medications) that you are currently taking, along with your current insurance information and driver's license (or other picture ID). As a reminder, any office visit co-pay that your insurance requires is collected at the time of your appointment.
