    That's when you can turn to Fitzgibbon Community Home Health.  Our network of registered and licensed practical nurses, home health aides, social workers, and therapists bring expert medical treatment right to your home.

    Remember, the care you receive can be provided at a lower cost than in the hospital.  Home is where you ought to be.

    • Skilled nursing - Registered and licensed practical nurses can assist with a variety of hi-tech therapies;

      • Wound care

      • IV Therapy

      • Pain management

      • Blood tests

      • Patient teaching/disease management

    • Home Health Aides - Certified home health aides can help with bathing, linen changes, and nail care.  The ability to perform such routine tasks is an important aspect of staying in the home.

    • Dietary Counseling

    • Social services - If you need the help of another community agency, our social workers can help you in a referral or to plan for your care at home. 

    • Physical, Speech, and/or Occupational therapy - Through Fitzgibbon Community Home Health you will have access to a physical, speech, and occupational therapist.  These professionals can educate on the proper use to achieve the highest level of functioning.  They can help you re-learn the task of daily living.
