Family Medicine Provides a wide range of primary care to individuals and families.
D r. Sonal Brizendine received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies in 2002 after completing undergraduate studies at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She also completed a Master’s Degree program in Public Health at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C.Dr. Brizendine completed a geriatric medicine fellowship at the University of South Carolina, where she also completed a residency in Family Medicine. Her experience includes working as Attending Physician, Geriatrics, at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, S.C. Dr. Brizendine is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and a member of the American Medical Directors Association, the American Geriatrics Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the South Carolina Medical Association. Dr. Koehn received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dr. Koehn is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Missouri State Medical Association.
Ms. Moser received her Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Nursing at California State College in Bakersfield, CA. She received her Master of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO with a dual focus in Family and Geriatric Primary Care. Ms. Moser is currently a member of the American Nurses Association and the Missouri Nurses Association. She is also licensed by the state of Missouri as an Advanced Practice Nurse and certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Newman-Koehn received her medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dr. Newman-Koehn is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and a member of the American Medical Association, the Missouri State Medical Association, and the Saline County Medical Society. She is also a member of the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians and Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society.
Dr. Papreck received his medical degree in family practice from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. He completed a residency in Family Practice at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, IL. Dr. Papreck is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Missouri State Medical Association, the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians and the Saline County Medical Society.
Dr. Thompson received her medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. She completed her residency in Family and Community Medicine at the University of Missouri Department of Family and Community Medicine. Dr. Thompson is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
Dr. Ulbrich received his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. He completed a residency and internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft. Worth, TX. He also participated in a fellowship in Rural Family Medicine in Shreveport, LA. Dr. Ulbrich is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians, the Saline County Medical Society, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and the Christian Medical and Dental Association. |
