We understand that medical expenses can be expensive and unexpected. The Patient Accounts staff is available to assist you with your financial questions. They are responsible for the filing of all insurance claims for the Hospital, Grand River Medical Clinic, Marshall Emergency Physicians, Marshall Family Practice, Marshall Orthopedic & Sports Medicine, Marshall Surgical Associates and Marshall Women's Care.

Please be aware that you may receive separate bills for different aspects of same procedure. The hospital’s charges represent use of equipment, technical personnel and materials. Charges from professional groups listed below are for specialized services or materials, so you may receive a separate bill from:

Have you noticed a change when you visit one of Fitzgibbon Hospital’s associated clinics? That is because we have recently implemented new Practice Management software. GE Centricity is a program that will improve the registration and billing processes in our clinics.
