At Fitzgibbon Hospital our mission is to improve the health of our community. It is more than a slogan or marketing tool. We take it very seriously. In an effort to fulfill our mission, we have a created FitzWELL, a preventative health program that focuses on improving the health of both the employees of our organization and the communities we serve.

FitzWELL, a division of Fitzgibbon Hospital, was started in January of 2004.

FitzWELL provides work site health promotion programs which are designed to meet the specific and individual needs of participating businesses with in the community. FitzWELL and the local companies form a partnership with the goal of helping employees achieve better health. This is done through health fairs, group education, newsletters, informative payroll-stuffers, health challenges and our individualized weight loss program "POWER".
