Quality Management Goals are measured through customer satisfaction surveys which rate patient satisfaction in four ranges from Excellent to Poor. Areas monitored include Outpatient Surgery, Outpatient Testing, Inpatient, and the Emergency Department. For FY 2007our goal was to achieve an overall satisfaction rating of not less than 95% in the Good to Excellent range. In addition, our leadership and staff are committed to maintaining a safe environment for both our patients and staff. We are committed to a culture of safety and have established benchmarks for the safety of both patients and employees. Our 2007 Benchmarks for Patient Safety include Falls and Hospital Acquired Skin Breakdown. Our 2007 Benchmarks for Employee Safety include Needle Sticks, Back Injuries / Strain, Contusions, and Lacerations. |
